About Mark Saenz
Hey there! My name is Mark Saenz and I have been investing in real estate since 1999.
I started out by buying my own properties to live in, fixing them up, and then renting them out for cashflow.
Eventually I moved up to single family and then I started to fix and flip luxury properties.
I have bought, sold, rented, fixed, and fliped homes from Virginia to California and have made lots of money, lost a little money and more importantly learned a lot of lessons.
I love real estate investing and love helping others learn about this profession.
I tell it like it is and do my very best to lead you in the right direction.
